Who is the programme for?+
It is for UK businesses that regularly meet customers shortly before they need to form a company, including accountants, contractor agencies, recruiters and driver onboarding businesses.
Is this for company-formation agencies?+
No. This first phase is designed for organisations upstream of company formation, not company-formation agencies, resellers or businesses offering an equivalent formation service.
Is there a partner portal or fixed commission?+
Not at this stage. We are deliberately keeping the initial programme relationship-led and simple. Any suitable commercial arrangement and referral process will be discussed directly during onboarding.
How is the company formation free?+
We cover the standard Companies House formation fee when the referred customer meets the offer requirements and completes the required partner bank application. Eligibility and partner terms apply.
