1.We cover the cost of the company registration, in return we ask that you open a business bank account with our partner bank.

2.Once your application has been submitted to Companies House we will be unable to cancel it.

3.If your company formation is rejected by Companies House, we will attempt to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve it, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

4.Free UK Telephone Number is provided by our partner company. Your contact details will be shared with them. If you do not wish to share your details, please let us know.
