By using our service you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. We cover the cost of the company registration, in return we ask that you open a business bank account with our partner bank.
2. Once your application has been submitted to companies house we will be unable to cancel it.
3. If your company formation is rejected by companies house, we will attempt to resolve the issue, if we are unable to resolve the issue, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
4. In some cases, companies house may request further information such as proof of ID or proof of address, if this happens you will be emailled instructions on how to provide this information.
